All course content, study materials, mock tests, videos, and branding provided through Century Classes are owned by us or our instructors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use them for your personal study only, and may not copy, distribute, or publish them elsewhere without our written permission.

We strive to provide accurate and helpful educational content, but we do not guarantee any specific exam result or outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Century Classes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

We may suspend or terminate access to your account if you violate these Terms of Service, including misuse of shared class content or disruptive conduct. You may also stop using our services at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
